Remember that weird chart music thing that launched through Samsung last year? It’s back again, this time with official backing from mobile network O2. The deal with O2 Tracks is simple — you get unlimited streaming access to the UK Top 40 singles chart for £1 a week if you’re an O2 customer, or £5 a month if you’re with another network.
There’s a free trial on offer as well, along with “celebrity news and gossip” to idly leaf through in horror while skipping the endless Rihanna and Will.i.am singles that make up today’s sad pop world.
Read more over at O2 Tracks or just whack the thing on your phone via the app’s Google Play listing if you’re into the new kinds of music they have nowadays.

I’m sick to death of these comments, musical tastes vary between people and the whole world isn’t “sad” just because you are not a fan. will.i.am’s music is fantastic for easy listening, for clubs, social events, and being top 3 for 8 frikkin’ weeks shows i am not the only person who believes that. Saying things like this doesn’t make you sound any more respectable. And i thought this was a decent site…
