The EE Eagle is a tablet that’s set to launch through the EE network on May 28th, when £199 will get you one with a PAYG SIM, or a monthly contract payment of £15 and a £49.99 upfront fee could get you the thing on a subsidised deal along with a 2GB monthly data allowance.
The Eagle is an 8-inch device running at 1280 x 800 resolution, powered by a quad-core processor of presumably Huaweian origin, with a 5MP camera and 16GB of onboard storage space inside. It looks quite pretty:
And obviously it’s 4G-ready for using up your entire data allowance with a couple of hours of torrenting. The Huawei UI has really grown on us recently, too.
