The SIM-free retailers have been battering our metaphorical door in with news of their HTC One pre-order campaigns, with the phone now live at a wide range of the usual online tech shops. Clove, for example, is doing it for £510, while its deadly rival Expansys is asking for £519.
The best price we can find for an unlocked HTC One right now is via Phones 4U, which is accepting pre-orders for “just” £459. And that’s for the silver HTC One, which is V.E.R.Y. to the N.I.C.E..
We’ve got to stop buying additional phones we don’t need. It’s becoming financially crippling. Meanwhile, Phones 4U has put together a “hands on” video with the HTC One, which we agreed to embed because they asked and we’re nice like that.
Apologies for embedding a video in which a man says “haitch”. That silver one is very alluring. Hopefully it’s metal and not silver paint on plastic. If anyone could confirm that we’d be happy. Then sad at more money disappearing.

You need to sell all those Huawei & Yarvik devices you own!

/ February 19, 2013The Yarviks will go up in value. I’m their only buyer.
