New 4G network EE has started offering a couple of Android tablets on a subsidised basis, with both the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, and Google Nexus 7 about to become available for order alongside a monthly 4G data allowance.
Obviously the Nexus 7 doesn’t support 4G out of the box, so it’ll come with a Huawei E589 Mobile Wi-Fi unit bundled alongside it to connect to the magical LTE wires in the sky. Not a particularly elegant solution, but still.

£26 a month for 3GB of data isn’t that bad if you’re in a 4G-enabled city and would actually use it. EE says these bundles will go on sale “this weekend.” Its tablets section is all iPads at the moment.
