STATS: Android 4.0 and 4.1 now on 28% of all devices

It’s that time of the month again, when Google updates its Platform Versions data, giving us an idea of how the various versions of Android out there are ebbing and flowing on the phones and tablets of users around the world.

The latest numbers, for the two-week period ending November 1st, show that Google’s Jelly Bean update is now powering 2.7% of devices, with the various versions of Android 4.0 and 4.1 now on well over a quarter of all Android powered phones and tablets.

Not much change from last months figures, with ICS and Jelly Bean penetration expanding a little, while 2.2 and 2.3 drop as you’d expect.
