Sony’s Xperia P, the piggy-in-the-middle option in its 2012 range, is about to see its update to Ice Cream Sandwich arrive. Sony says the software update process begins today, but, as we’ve seen with Sony OS updates in the past, this might mean some users on some networks in some countries might still have a few weeks or months to wait until it hits their particular combination of hardware/language/network.
But at least it’s on the way. Here’s the Xperia P in pre-op condition:
