Channel 4 has finally released the Android version of the smartphone app that accompanies the TV quiz show, letting users play along with the questions in the oddly unfair, guessing-based event known as The Million Pound Drop. The app’s big selling point is that it lets watchers join in and play alongside the TV show, answering the same questions and trying to beat the players struggling through the demands on the telly.

The app’s tagged as a beta, which presumably means don’t complain to Channel 4 if it doesn’t work on your Acer Liquid. The Million Pound Drop for Android is free, 13MB in size, and on the Play Store here.
