Fresh from releasing Final Fantasy III for Android a few weeks back, Japanese super-publisher Square Enix has now launched a mobile version of the very first Final Fantasy for our Google phones. Once again, this isn’t actually the proper first version of the code but a later remake (which must be the same iOS version that was based on the 2007 PSP code), but still.
It’s Final Fantasy and it’s now up on the Play Store for your obsessive playing in return for £4.44. Here it is:
Bit weird that Square Enix has used screengrabs with Japanese text in them. The app listing’s all in English, so we can only assume this is an English language release. It’s available to install here in the UK on most of the Android models we’ve used, taking up 47MB of your storage space.
