We’ve received several reports today from VERY HAPPY Galaxy S II owners connected through T-Mobile in the UK, claiming that the network has now launched its “Ice Cream Sandwich” update for those who bought the Samsung phone through the network.
This means T-Mobile is the last network to update its Galaxy S II to Android 4.0, although at least it’s been a much quicker roll-out than we’ve seen in the past, with all networks getting it out to users within the space of a month or so.
So every Galaxy S II user out there in the UK ought to have Android 4.0 by now. That’s quite amazing. Well done all the various men responsible. The next set of Android version user stats ought to reflect that little bump, we’d imagine.
