Motorola XOOM Android 3.2 update now live in Europe – for wi-fi models

Motorola has pushed the big red RELEASE UPDATE button in Europe, pushing out the official Android 3.2 OS upgrade for its XOOM tablet. But according to Moto’s European team, this update is ONLY for those with the wi-fi version of the tab, as Motorola is still “working through the testing and approval phases” for the 3G version of the code.

So good news for wi-fi XOOM owners and yet more rage for buyers of the 3G model.

The Android 3.2 release notes are on Motorola’s EU support site here [PDF], revealing what’s new and different, if you’re one of the few XOOM buyers out there.
