Acer’s 7″ Android tablet has finally gone on sale in Europe, with retailers selling it for around and even a little beneath the £300 barrier. The Iconia A100 runs on Android 3.0, backed up by the near-standard Tegra 2 250 dual-core processor.
The 7″ screen runs at 1024×600 resolution, plus it comes with 8GB of internal storage space. We’re quite keen on it for some inexplicable reason.
Online specialist Pixmania is currently claiming to have stock of the Iconia A100, which it’s selling for £259 plus an extra £10 or thereabouts in postage.

/ August 31, 2011This is the reason HTC reduced the price of the flyer. HTC realised no one will buy a gingerbread tab for £430+ when you can buy a honeycomb one for £150 less.
