If you’re in the market for something a bit more SERIOUS and BUSINESS-ORIENTED, you’ll be pleased to hear the Samsung Galaxy Pro has now arrived on UK network Three on monthly contracts starting at £20.
The Galaxy Pro is Samsung’s sweet little QWERTY candybar Android phone, which combines Android 2.2 with a 2.8″ TFT-LCD screen running at a slightly disappointing 320.240 resolution.
Three will do you one for “free” with “unlimited” data on a £27 monthly tariff, or it can be had for £20 per month with 1GB of data and 500 calling minutes – or bought on PAYG for £149. Which is pretty good. Check the available deals here.

/ April 11, 2011I’ve used one in work and it’s actually a nifty little piece of kit. The screen’s obviously rather smaller than your standard Android touchscreen device, but it works well enough, and the keyboard’s nice too. No TouchWiz interface clogging up anything either, so the UI is pretty zippy.

What are you smoking…? If you read source link you’d see this phone is riddled with Touch Wiz all over. In fact, there is no way to bring Android to PDA form without a fugly custom UI.

/ April 11, 2011Oh bugger, excuse my idiocy. Now that I remember, there WAS TouchWiz. I’ll go and be quiet in the corner.
That said, it’s not as bad as it sounds; it’s quite a nice little device to use.
