UK network O2 is offering the brand new HTC Desire S on a variety of rather unspectacular monthly calling plans, but it’s also selling it on a PAYG basis for a rather low £329.99. That’s not bad for a 2011-spec HTC Android phone.
It’ll be locked to O2, but we know from experience that getting O2 to unlock a phone is as simple as sending them an email – and they’ll send back an unlock code within hours.
If you’re in the market for a contract, O2′s cheapest tariff starts at £16.50 per month with a £149 upfront fee for the phone – plus an additional charge of between £3 and £10 for a monthly data allowance. Check it out here.
