Facebook for Android updated – now with wall photo spamming and landscape mode tweaks

The Android Facebook app has been updated again, with version 1.5.2 now available on the Android Market. The Exciting New Change for sociable people in this version is the ability to upload photos to other people’s walls and groups, plus better landscape support for people who do it sideways.

Here’s the announcement from Facebook. Get the download via the Android Market, if your phone’s not already beeping/vibrating/flashing and demanding a manual update.

“We’ve just released v1.5.2 of Facebook for Android! This version adds the ability to upload photos to friend’s Walls or to Groups and ensures that your photos are uploaded with the correct orientation. We’ve also made improvements to landscape mode and security. Get it from the Android Market now.”

Looks the same to me, but then all I do is open it up once a week and scroll through the messages wondering why people are bothering and who it’s actually all for.
