Acer has finally put some dates and prices into the spreadsheet alongside its Iconia A100 and A500 Android tablets, with the two Android 3.0 “Honeycomb” devices set to arrive in the UK over the next couple of months.
The smaller 7″ Iconia A100, pictured below, will appear in May for a rather impressively affordable recommended retail price of £329. We quite like what Acer is doing with the design…
The larger 10.1″ Iconia A500 will arrive first – and is currently scheduled to hit the UK on April 8th at £449 for the wi-fi only model. A 3G model, the A501, will launch later for an extra £100..

/ March 27, 2011Amazon got them for £300/£400 for the A100/A101 and £450/£530 for the A500/A501. So that’s £30 less than an equivalent 32gb ipad 2 for wifi and £50 less for the 3G. that’s good pricing i reckon…
