The Nexus S is now listed on Vodafone’s “Coming Soon” page, with the network’s site giving us our first official look at the white version of the Samsung Nexus S Android phone it’ll soon be stocking on monthly contracts exclusively in the UK.
It looks like a white Nexus S, or rather it looks like a normal Nexus S with a white back cover. Still, it’s on the shortlist for our next Vodafone upgrade. Unless something better appears next week at Mobile World Congress.
It appears we’ve found this before the webmaster has finished updating the site, as there’s no actual “register” button showing up for us at the moment. Maybe check back tomorrow, eh?

/ February 8, 2011Whether it is particularly bad is irrelevant. The fact that the rom will be custom to Vodafone means that it is not a true Google experience and when updates are released epople will need to wait for the operators to pull their fingers out and push them down (this can take upwards of 50-100 days after release) if they even bother to update at all.
