Crikey, this is quick. Three UK has recorded a video showing off the only-just-announced Samsung Galaxy Ace , which it’ll be carrying on contracts very soon.
The Ace is apparently the replacement for the Galaxy Portal in the global scheme of things, coming with a larger 3.5″ capacitive touchscreen along with a 5megapixel camera that manages autofocus and has an LED flash. Here’s a man from Three talking about it:
Thanks, Brendan. Can we be friends? On Twitter? The only worry here is the way Brendan suggests using the SkyFire browser to play Flash content on the Galaxy Ace – which tells us the phone won’t support Adobe’s Flash Player 10.1, as was also the case with the rather nice LG Optimus One.
The Galaxy Ace is not yet listed for buying on Three’s site. But presumably will be soon. We have nothing more on prices as yet.
UPDATE:
Three says the Galaxy Ace will arrive in February.
