The price of Samsung’s Galaxy Tab continues to fall virtually day-on-day, with news that retailer Staples is now the new leader when it comes to discounting Samsung’s latest toy – offering the Android tablet for £449.
That’s a big chunk off the £469 being asked just this time last week. You can get it on the Staples web site for a total of £449.00 including VAT and delivery right now.
We’ve never seen the price of an exciting new thing fall so dramatically, so quickly. We think someone at Samsung might be sweating quite a bit right now. Thanks to reader Tony for the photo of his newspaper.

/ November 19, 2010If I’d bought one of these at full price last week I’d be getting pretty annoyed. But I didn’t so roll on price cuts.

/ November 19, 2010Not as annoyed as MR SAMSUNG is going to be when he sees how badly this thing has sold.

/ November 29, 2010I’m so tempted to say “I told you so!” I’m really sorry for those who bought the Galaxy immediately when it was released. Had they waited about month they would have saved approx. 30% I still think it’s too expensive. I’ll wait another month and buy it half price!

/ November 29, 2010Shall we have a sweepstake about what the Amazon price will be on January 12th?
