PRICE WAR! It isn’t even out yet and there’s already an UNSEEMLY PRICE WAR breaking out over the Galaxy Tab, with Carphone Warehouse today sticking the Android tablet up for pre-order well under its £599 SRP.
And it’s the cheapest we’ve yet seen – CPW wants £530 for an unlocked, SIM-free model. Or you can have it for £499 alongside a Talk Mobile rolling £10 top-up SIM card, which is quite OK if you don’t mind having your super-amazing-new-tablet restricted by a 1GB data allowance.
Our official answer is still NO THANKS ARE YOU MAD, SAMSUNG? but it’s getting much more tempting.

/ October 18, 2010I guess that isn’t a bad460 price given the desire HD is £460…
Still i’m more tempted to pony up £250 for the vega and hope for Gingerbread to bring me the market

/ October 18, 2010mobilecityonline has it on preorder as well, at 800 us dollars. I think that it might be the final price tag. Not a bad price in perspective, but…
