WEEKLY WRAP: Elsewhere in Android this week

Time for our Sunday morning punishment – rounding up all the Android news stories we didn’t bother covering this week. The news that was too boring, too geeky, or based on too flimsy an assumption for a proper write up, plus some of the more interesting mentions of the OS in the mainstream media.
