Remember how Vodafone was launching the Samsung Galaxy S on June 15? Well it did – and now the new Android phone’s out of stock already, in the latest case of Android hardware manufacturers and the networks simply not being able to keep up with demand for ANYTHING remotely Android-based.
According to a post on the Vodafone stock-monitoring forum earlier today, the Galaxy S is out of stock on both Vodafone’s online and over-the-phone systems – so if you want one URGENTLY you’d best head off into the high street or hit up the third-party online stores and hope.
So there you go. If you managed to sneak in and place an order for a Galaxy S via Vodafone and have had your delivery confirmation, you are, once again, one of the first lucky few.

/ June 16, 2010Bob the link did say that it was out of stock – however Vodafone have since updated their page saying it is available over the phone (no mention of online sales though!).

/ September 3, 2010You’re right. It is available from a 3rd part online Bell retailer store: TimesTelecom.ca/Phones
Its $0 with 3 yr term .Another good deal is from Best buy at $99.95 on 3 year term. Sometimes you might get it in the outskirts.. in the not so populated places too.
