UK network O2 has finally arrived at the HTC Desire party fashionably late, with the much-loved Android phone today popping up for order on the operator’s web site.
The prices? Pretty poor. The cheapest monthly HTC Desire deal is a £30 per month, 24 month contract, which includes 100 human chat minutes and O2′s “unlimited” data bolt on – and that comes with a £99 upfront fee for the phone.
It will not set the world on fire.
Not thrilling at all. It’s definitely worth shopping about if you’re after an O2 connection, as it’s usually possible to get much better deals through third-party retailers. We still don’t understand how that works.
