An HTC Legend, for “free” and a £20 per month contract. That’s easily the best Android deal out there today. We are no doctors, but we think it’s safe to say you’d be MAD not to if you fancy a Legend.
It comes via Vodafone UK, which was previously asking for £25 a month for a Legend, so we therefore imagine Vodafone’s trying to encourage a few more of its customers to consider the Legend instead of battering its doors down for a Desire.

The only weak point in that Legend deal is you’re stuck with a relatively poor 100 minutes a month, so if you’re a bit of a socialite (or a woman) it won’t do. But if you’re an anti-social man, it’ll be fine.
And we’re on Vodafone’s 500MB mobile data deal and it’s served us well so far. No angry letters or massive bills or anything so far.
