I got my Desire on Tuesday the 30th of March from The Carphone Warehouse and the box is branded as Htc Desire on the lable on the back of the box.
I have a contract with Tmobile but used The CW to upgrade through TMobile as they supply the phone without the anoying software Tmobile put on thier phones.
Up to now I am very impressed, the only thing I would say is that the battery will not get you through a full day if using the internet and playing a couple of games for an hour or so.
But saying that what smartphone lasts any longer if you use all of the phones functions.
