Flurry, the analytics company that consistently gives good chart, has today released another statistical and graphical beauty – comparing launch period sales for Motorola’s DROID, Apple’s iPhone and Google’s Nexus One.
It’s not pleasant viewing for fans of Google’s Nexus One, but remember – Google’s taking a bigger share of the profits thanks to selling it direct, so it’s going to be pretty profitable even if “adoption” isn’t going quite as quickly as planned.

It’s hard to put a positive spin on that. The data is compiled by recording download requests via Flurry-using apps on the various handsets and extrapolating it to cover overall sales. Flurry claims to cover around 80% of smartphones, so the figures ought to be pretty representative. Read more over at Flurry’s blog.
