We7 launching Premium Plus streaming service and Android app on February 1

Fashionable online music store We7 announced the imminent arrival of We7 Premium Plus at Midem yesterday, confirming it’ll launch on February 1 – and that an Android streaming app will accompany the new subscription-based all-you-can-listen-to music scheme.

In return for £9.99 a month, We7 Premium Plus users will be able to access “more than four million” songs, compile personal radio stations, edit playlists and listen unhindered by advertisements. You’ll even be able to enjoy music offline when there’s no mobile signal – although that’ll obviously be limited to a select bunch of track you’ve already selected.

We have no images of the We7 Android app as yet, thanks to We7 being a bit shaky at the old PR game, so here’s a shot of the nearest thing we could find:

There will also be a cheaper We7 Premium option, coming in at £4.99 per month – discounted to £3.99 for the first 90 days – if you only want to listen via the web on a desktop computer. More facts over at MusicAlly and NMA.
