Facebook for Android updated, now lets you browse photos in-app

An enormous update of Facebook for Android has gone live today, improving the social network tool in a very large way.

You’re now able to do a lot more browsing/stalking within the app itself, with the Facebook app’s developers bringing much of the browser-based Facebook of old completely within the confines of the app.

It has also introduce “Frank Cho” to the world. Hello, Frank.

As you can see, you now have direct tabs for browsing through the photo albums of people you hardly know thanks to the Photos link, with the new Info option letting you rummage through people’s profiles at your leisure as well. People that haven’t migrated to Twitter, that is.

It’s on the Android Market right now. Your Android phone should be screaming for an update to version 1.1.2 right now.
